Bill asked if the wood for St Germans had been ordered yet and it had not. Mark said if Tom sent him the list he would order the wood but people would need to be there to get it into the lock up. Mark would arrange it and find out what dates they can get it there and we will sort out help when we knew. We are talking about substantial amount of wood costing in excess of £2000 so getting it under lock and key is a priority.

T*** H***

Bill said he had been approached by an ex member of the club who was expelled from the club and barred for life rejoining some 13/14yrs ago as to whether he could come back not only into the club but also as a bailiff. After speaking with him Bill said he was just as he had always been and explained to him that it would not be feasible in any way. The person in question then started making wild accusations and threatening us with a solicitor if he could not rejoin. Bill asked all committee members to not enter into any communication with him and hopefully he will go away for another 14 years.

AOB

a. Phil said could Bill send him the minutes of this meeting and the last to put on the website Bill said he would and also he would post them on the FB pages as agreed.

b. Richard asked about having face to face meetings again at the Parkway? It was agreed that it was feasible but not really worth it this late in the year, however the AGM this year would be held at the Parkway as usual on the 1st Monday of November(Nov 1st).

c. Gary said that come November he would probably be stepping down from the committee as he was finding it hard to juggle having a young family and work commitments with the club duties. He did say though that he would continue to help at the cadover work parties as he really enjoyed doing them.

d. Gary asked when the lakes at Filham and weedy at Cadover get roped off and Pete said it was usually around the 14th of Oct but the date was fluid as to when we can get the labour to do it.

e. Pete asked if we could have all the zooms at 19.30 now as he found it easier to attend due to work commitments. All agreed that that was fine and in future we will meet at 19.30pm

There being no further business the meeting closed at 19.45 next meeting TBA
